Most of the time healthcare and treatment go to plan. Unfortunately, however, adverse events do still occur and someone is harmed. This Ausmed Training Module teaches staff how to be appropriately transparent and honest with clients after an adverse event with the help of the Australian Open Disclosure Framework.
